Brad has created and led business growth as an M&A Advisor on transactions totaling over $1 billion in numerous industries. He has been the founder of a start-up company, intrapreneur of a new division within a $2 billion company, and strategy consultant to CEOs of middle-market and Fortune 100 companies.
Brad founded M&A Advisory company Mart Partners (now PivotPoint Company) in 2005 to help business owners sell their companies to strategic and financial buyers at the best possible price and terms.
Brad has a degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and anMBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Scott A. Holmes
Managing Director
Scott founded ABI Attachments in 1999 and grew it from one patented product and a trailer into a significant company with international sales, 22 U.S. patents, and 80 employees. Through his leadership, he has developed significant experience in directing sales, marketing, and productdevelopment efforts.
Over his career, Scott has created multiple partnerships with industry leaders, bought and soldcompanies, and evaluated acquisition interest from multiple Fortune 1,000 companies.
Prior to ABI, Scott was a founding member of River Valley Community Church. In his role, Scottbuilt a significant following by growing the number of parishioners from to over 5,000 people.
Scott has a degree in Psychology from Taylor University.

Mike has considerable experience building and selling businesses as an entrepreneur and has leadership experience at multiple technology companies. In 2014, Mike’s outstanding contributions earned him the esteemed “Innovator of the Year” award from the state of Arizona.
Over the past two decades, Mike has led multiple acquisitions, both in publicly listed companiesand private ventures. Often, these M&A activities were preceded by strategic partnerships thatMike developed.

His career journey exemplifies business leadership, commercialized innovation, and value creation.
